The Property Appraisers Office mails the Annual Notice of Property Taxes to each property owner in late January or early February. This notice shows the Just Value of your property, as well as any exemptions or classifications that may have been applied.

The Property Appraisers Office does not set your tax rate, or collect your taxes. The tax rate is set by the taxing authorities (Board of County Commissioners, School Board, City Council, etc.), and your taxes are collected by the Tax Collector.
